Players will no longer be considered for the "Range" statistic
after they have their first week with a score of less than 10% of the average of
the other players.
As a result of this rule, Mike will not be considered for this statistic after
Week 1.
And, Steve will not be considered for this statistic after Week 22.
Should a player comeback and overtake a player currently being considered for
the statistic, they will be reconsidered.
